This is always one of the prescribed texts on the 200 HR YTT I run and is a personal favourite that I come back to again and again.

Hatha Yoga Pradipika -by Muktibodhananda Swami A: A classic text that covers foundational Hatha Yoga Teachings.

Prana and Pranayama By Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati: A comprehensive book on the philosophy of prana the life force, and pranayama the expansion and control of the life force.

The Radiance Sutras by Dr Lorin Roche: A translation of the Vijñāna-bhairava-tantra for house holder techniques & poetic inspiration

The Key Muscles of Yoga by Ray Long: This was one of my first anatomy books and is great for visual learners and looking at applied anatomy on the skeleton in relation to the yoga practice.
